Shopping/Ordering Information
IMPORTANT DELIVERY INFORMATION – Orders received after 2pm on Friday 26th June will not be dispatched until Friday 3rd July. Our office will be closed for a few days next week for stock take, apologies for any incovenience.
Prices
All prices on our website include VAT @ 20% (our VAT Number is 902034086). VAT is deducted from all orders that are being dispatched to customers outside the UK (including the Channel Islands). Prices will be automatically adjusted at checkout, once the delivery address has been entered.
How to order
Our website has been set up to make ordering a quick and simple process. Once you find an item that you want to purchase, simply click the ‘ADD TO BASKET‘ button and the product will be automatically placed in your shopping basket. If you want to buy more than one, simply adjust the amount once the item is in your basket, then click the ‘UPDATE BASKET‘ button. When you‘re ready to complete the order, click ‘PROCEED TO CHECKOUT‘ and you will be guided through the payment process. If you find anything that isn‘t clear or require help using the site, please contact us. Unfortunately we are not able to take orders by telephone, all orders must be placed via our website.
Payment
Our website accepts payments by credit card, debit card, PayPal, Google Pay and Apple Pay. Unfortunately we are not able to take card payments over the telephone, all orders must be placed via the website.
Returns
If you are not totally satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please contact us by telephone or e-mail within 14 days of receipt and we will do our utmost to resolve the matter to your satisfaction. Unwanted items can be returned for a refund during this period if necessary. Please note that we are only able to accept the return of unused items that are still as new, in their original packaging. Any returns will be refunded within two working days of receipt and email confirmation will also be sent (please note that it can take several days for credit/debit card refunds to appear back on account balances, PayPal refunds should appear within 24 hours).
Cancellations
If after placing your order, you decide to cancel, please contact us by phone or e-mail and we will be able to reverse the order and refund payment. If your items have already been sent, they can be returned for refund (please contact us within 14 days of receipt to arrange return). We are only able to refund postage costs in the case of faulty or incorrectly sent products being returned.
Dispatch & Delivery Time
Dispatch Time
All orders placed on our website are packed and dispatched by the next working day. We may be able to send some orders out on the same day they are received, although this can’t be guaranteed, as our stock is held in two different locations. Orders received on Friday, Saturday and Sunday are sent out on the following Monday (except on bank holidays, when they will be sent on the next working day). In the rare event of any delays with dispatch, we will contact you directly.
Delivery Time
For orders sent within the UK by Royal Mail 24 or 24 Tracked service, delivery time is normally 1-3 working days (although the vast majority of orders arrive within two working days). For orders sent by Royal Mail 48 or 48 Tracked service, delivery time is normally 2-5 days. Please note that these delivery times are not guaranteed by Royal Mail and can occasionally be subject to delays outside of our control.
UK Postage Prices & Information
UK postage charges
Our postage charges are based on weight and automatically applied at checkout. Orders up to 1kg in weight will cost between between £2.99 and £4.60 to send (depending on which service you choose) but there is also a cheaper option for orders made up of smaller items, such as hooks, swivels, snaps etc. Orders that weigh under 100g and can be sent as a ‘large letter’ will be charged at £1.99/£2.65. If your order qualifies for the cheaper rate, this option will automatically appear at checkout. For orders weighing more than 1kg, pricing can be seen in the table below. Please note that orders with a value of £50.00 or above have to be sent via a tracked delivery service for insurance purposes.

Delivery methods
For UK customers we now offer four delivery options: Royal Mail 24, Royal Mail 24 Tracked, Royal Mail 48 and Royal Mail 48 Tracked. Where Royal Mail services aren’t available (eg during strike action), we may use an alternative delivery service.

For Royal Mail 24 and 24 Tracked services, delivery time is normally 1-3 working days from the date of dispatch. For Royal Mail 48 and 48 Tracked services, delivery time is normally 2-5 working days from the date of dispatch. Please note that these delivery times are estimated and can’t be guaranteed by Royal Mail, deliveries can occasionally be subject to delays, which are outside of our control.
UK postage prices
UK postage prices are shown in the tables below. Our website automatically adds up the total weight of your order and applies the correct charge to your order total at checkout. Please note that all orders with a value of more than £50.00 require a tracked delivery option for insurance purposes and will be sent via ‘Royal Mail 24/48 Tracked’ (or an equivalent tracked service if weight is over 2kg).

International Shipping Information
We regret that due to imminent regulation changes relating to the collection of import duty and VAT on orders sent to international customers, we are currently unable to ship to countries outside of the United Kingdom, Guernsey & Jersey. This is under review and we hope to be able to re-instate international shipping soon. In the meantime, please accept our apologies for the inconvenience.
