Order Confirmation - Once you have placed your order online, we will send a confirmation message to the email address you have provided. When the order has been shipped, you will receive a further email message confirming dispatch.

Dispatch Time -
All of the products featured on our website are available from stock. Orders placed online are dispatched within two working days of receiving cleared payment. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday or Sunday are despatched on the following Monday or Tuesday. In the rare event of any delay occurring, we will contact you directly.

Delivery Time - For orders sent within the UK by Royal Mail 1st Class/Royal Mail 24 or Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded (Signed For), please allow at least 2 working days for delivery. 

International Orders - Orders sent within Europe by standard airmail are normally delivered within 4-7 working days. For orders sent to countries outside of Europe, please allow 6-12 days for delivery. Please note that delivery times quoted are approximate and can be subject to delay. International airmail is not a trackable service. If you require a tracking number for your order, please choose 'International airmail sign for' at checkout.

Prices - All prices displayed on our website include 20% VAT (we do not apply VAT to orders sent to customers in the Channel Islands or in countries outside the EU).

Returns & Cancellations - If you are not totally satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please contact us by telephone or e-mail within 14 days of receipt and we will do our utmost to resolve the matter to your satisfaction. If after placing your order, you decide to cancel, please contact us by e-mail and we will be able to reverse the order and refund payment. If your goods have already been sent, they can be returned for refund (please contact us by e-mail within 14 days of receipt of your order to arrange return). We are only able to refund postage costs in the case of faulty/incorrect products being returned. If returning goods, we strongly recommend that you obtain proof of postage in case the items aren't delivered to us for any reason. We can only process your refund once the goods have been safely received. Refunds are processed within two working days of receipt but please note that there may be a small delay in funds appearing on your credit/debit card or Paypal account balance.

Privacy Policy - Rest assured that we do not disclose any customer information to third parties. Information you provide is held by us and used solely for the purpose of completing orders and providing you with information about special offers and new products. Under no circumstances will your details be used for any other purpose. We do not store any debit or credit card details.
