International Shipping Information
International customers - please read the following information before placing your order.
We can only ship orders to the countries listed below:
EUROPE - Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Gibraltar, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden and Switzerland
OTHER COUNTRIES - Australia, New Zealand
(We regret that we are no longer able to ship orders to the USA & Canada, due to insurance restrictions)
Delivery time
All international orders are sent by airmail. Delivery to Europe normally takes 4-7 working days. For countries outside Europe, please allow at least 8-12 working days for your order to arrive. IMPORTANT - These are not guaranteed delivery times. Deliveries can take longer than the estimated time due to national holidays, customs delays etc.
Tracking
If you require a tracking number for your order, please choose the 'Airmail Signed for' option at checkout (there is an additonal cost for the signed for service). Please note that there is no tracking number available for orders sent by standard airmail, we are unable to check the status of orders sent this way once they have been dispatched.
Shipping Charges
Our shipping charge is based on the weight of your order. Once you have placed the chosen items in your basket, proceed to checkout and the shipping cost will be worked out automatically and added to your order total. Our shipping charges are shown in the tables below:

Weight Limit
Please note that the weight limit for airmail is 2000g (2kg). If your order is heavier than this, it will be sent in two separate packages. In this case there may be a surcharge and we will contact you to advise before shipping.
Import Taxes & Duty
International customers should be aware that they are liable for any taxes, custom charges or import duties applied when the goods arrive in their country (there are no extra charges for EU countries).
