Gary Yamamoto's Senko worm is the original soft stick bait, which is highly regarded by anglers as a consistent fish catcher. The senko type worm is a simple design that has remained one of the most popular lures in the USA for many years. These worms will catch wrasse, bass, pollack, perch and pike over here and are extremely versatile. Fished on a regular jighead, they will catch fish with a jerk & twitch retrieve but senkos tend to work better when fished weightless. In shallower water, rig them Texas style on a worm hook, cast out and let the lure drop to the bottom. Senkos have a high salt content, which ensures that they sink quickly and cast extremely well. These worms sink horizontally and give off tiny vibrations, an action which predatory fish find irresistible, be ready for takes on the drop! Another option is to rig them Wacky style with a hook placed through the middle of the worm, and fish 'sink & draw' with plenty of pauses on the retrieve. They are great for dropping into holes between snags and gaps in weedbeds where other lures can't be used. 10pcs per pack.
