These worms were designed for wacky rigging, the dumbbell design places more weight on each end of the worm for an exaggerated action. They are also very effective when fished on a jighead, simply cut one of the ends off and rig as a normal worm.  The KO Worm is great for dropping into holes between snags and gaps in weedbeds where other lures can't be used. 6pcs per pack.
