The Tiki Anaconda is a cross between a swimbait and a big grub. They are effective lures when rigged on a jighead but really come to life when Texas rigged and fished weightless (or with a lightly weighted wide gape hook). The large, curly tail gives this lure a wonderful, fluid swimming motion, fish it with twitches and jerks to create a lifelike action that pike and bass will find hard to resist. Great for fishing weedy areas, they can be pulled over lily pads and dropped into gaps, the big tail works on the drop, so they can be effectively fished in tight areas. The Tiki Anaconda is a big lure, weighing 1oz (28g) and measuring over 7 inches with the tail extended. Size 6/0 or 7/0 wide gape hooks are suitable for rigging and it's also worth adding a stinger treble when fishing weed free areas. 3pcs per pack.
