Premium quality hand poured frogs with extremely flexible legs and big paddle feet that create plenty of turbulence and work well on a slow retrieve. They are scented and flavoured with Hawg Sauce, an additive designed to mask any plastic odours and encourage predators to hang on for longer. The Paddle Frog will float unrigged but the weight of hook and trace sinks them slowly. This buoyancy ensures they stay on the surface with a slow retrieve but will fall enticingly when you want to pause and let them drop into any likely looking holes. The back of the frog has an extra wide hook slot, which makes weedless rigging simple but also ensures that the body is flexible enough to collapse when you strike, allowing a higher percentage of hook ups. These are nicely designed frogs which compare favourably with many of the branded products on the market. Made in the USA, 5pcs per pack.

Rigging - The Paddle Frog can be rigged with either a wide gape hook (sizes 3/0-4/0) or a jighead (sizes 4/0-6/0) - see photo above for some examples. The measurement from the frog's nose to the back of the hook slot is approx 48mm, bear this in mind when choosing your hook.
